Cosmic American
Formed 2015 and disbanded in 2016.
Cosmic American was formed in 2015 fronted by musician Jesse Wells.
In 2015, with Dead Indian bandmate Simon Martin he launched the band Cosmic American, with collaborators Skyler Greene (Guitar and Vocals) and Blake Foster (Bass).

As Cosmic American, they recorded some material but broke up before releasing a full album.

A continuation of the grunge/garage rock aesthetic but more polished — Jesse later said Cosmic American was “very much a product of me and the fellas.”
There’s no record of an official breakup statement, but it appears the disbandment coincided with Jesse moving to Nashville at the urging of a record executive.
